Delivery for stock items can be less than a week, we will aim to dispatch stock orders the next day otherwise at a time to suit you.  Factory orders or bespoke models are usually delivered between 3-6 weeks but could be longer in peak season.  Please feel free to ask for a more accurate estimated delivery date before placing your order.  Wherever possible your order will be delivered on a tail lift lorry and left kerbside or if the ground conditions allow, on your driveway.  Please check the package size on our website to ensure it will fit in your required location.  It access or terrain make pallet delivery impossible we can, for an additional charge arrange for your sauna to arrive by Moffatt Truck, a delivery vehicle with rear mounted fork lift, so to avoid any issues regarding access please ensure that you have checked the package size and made adequate provision for the driver.

Your sauna comes ready to assemble and will need to sit on a solid level base so design your space and prepare the perfect location before delivery. With comprehensive and simple to follow instructions you’re good to go! The next decision is how you want to heat your sauna. For us, a wood-fired stove has always been at the heart of the traditional Nordic sauna experience. There’s something magical about lighting the stove, adding the logs as the fire begins to roar, the sweet aroma of burning wood and the hypnotic glow of the flames as they flicker and dance behind the glass. The ritual itself becomes part of the experience, a slower, more mindful way to prepare for your sauna and a wonderful sense of connection with nature.  However, we know that convenience matters too. Electric sauna heaters are an excellent option for those who want simplicity and ease of use. With the flick of a switch plus the option of a WiFi remote control, your sauna can begin heating without the need to source, store and prepare firewood, making an electric stove particularly appealing for busy households and holiday accommodation.  Some of our smaller models come with an appropriately sized stove included. So whilst we have a real soft spot for the ritual and atmosphere of a wood-fired sauna, there isn’t a right or wrong choice. It comes down to how you want to use your sauna.

Electric for convenience, simplicity and ease of use.

In order to retain the beauty and longevity of your sauna it needs to be properly maintained. Before use we recommend applying paraffin oil, a safe, non-toxic product that protects from discolouration and prevents bacteria from penetrating the wood fibres. An application once or twice a year should be sufficient depending on how often your sauna is in use. A specifically designed sauna cleaner should be used after each session to ensure that your sauna remains clean, hygienic and fresh. Always use towels where your skin touches the benches and any other wooden surfaces, by absorbing sweat and oils this small measure dramatically reduces staining and bacterial growth.
