Refund & Returns Policy

You have the legal right to change your mind 14 calendar days from when the contract for services begins.  Your contract with us begins when payment for goods is made with the understanding that you wish the delivery process to begin as soon as possible.  If delivery has begun before the end of the 14 day cooling off period you will be responsible for costs involved in stopping the delivery process and returning the goods to source.  If you wish delivery to begin after 14 days from order you must inform us when placing an order.  If goods are returned after delivery the customer is responsible for the cost of collecting and returning the goods plus a 20% re-stocking charge.  A written quotation for this can be provided on request or you are able to arrange your own transport.  All returned goods must be in original packaging and in a condition that allows them to be re-sold.  Any returns after delivery must be made within 14 days of receipt.  Any item that has been specifically altered or amended to a customers specification will not be eligible for refund or return.  Cancellation instructions should be made by mailing info@holzhaus.co.uk stating name, date of purchase and order number.
